Welcome to Business Koro. By creating an account, purchasing a package, using our platform, placing an order, accessing product information, or using any Business Koro service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
Business Koro is a reseller membership and dropshipping fulfillment platform based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our platform allows approved resellers to access selected products, marketing materials, order placement tools, packaging support, courier dispatch, delivery tracking, wallet, and withdrawal-related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Business Koro, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to follow all Business Koro rules, policies, and instructions.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You will use the platform only for lawful reseller business purposes.
- You will not misuse, copy, leak, resell, or distribute our product data, media, pricing, or internal information.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Business Koro.
2. Business Model
Business Koro provides a reseller-based fulfillment system.
Resellers do not need to keep stock, pack products, or directly handle courier delivery. Resellers collect customer orders from Facebook, YouTube, websites, marketplaces, social media, ads, or other legal sales channels. The reseller then places the order through Business Koro. Business Koro handles product processing, packaging, courier dispatch, and delivery support according to platform rules.
Business Koro may use neutral sender or courier branding to protect reseller customer ownership and business privacy.
3. Account Registration
To use Business Koro, users must create an account with accurate information.
You agree that:
- Your name, phone number, and contact information must be correct.
- You must not create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts.
- You must not use another person’s identity.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
- Business Koro may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, fake orders, abuse, policy violation, or suspicious activity.
4. Membership Packages
Business Koro may offer different reseller membership packages such as Starting Package, Full Access, Premium Choice, or other future packages.
Package access, product access, media access, support level, duration, and benefits may vary by package.
Important membership rules:
- Package benefits are available only after successful payment and activation.
- Membership/package fee is non-refundable once access is activated.
- Expired memberships may lose access to product prices, full product details, media kits, order placement, and other restricted features.
- Business Koro may change package price, duration, features, or availability at any time.
- Existing active package access will follow the package rules active at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise.
- Resellers are responsible for renewing packages before expiry to continue access.
5. Product Access and Locked Content
Some product information is restricted and available only to active eligible members.
Users without active membership, expired members, or ineligible package users may see limited product previews only.
Locked or restricted information may include:
- Reseller price
- Product cost
- Suggested sell price
- Product details
- Media kit link
- Google Drive folder link
- Product videos/images/captions
- Profit calculation
- Order placement option
Attempting to bypass membership restrictions, inspect hidden data, scrape API responses, share restricted product data, or access locked content without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Product Information
Business Koro tries to provide accurate product information, images, videos, pricing, stock status, and descriptions. However, product availability, stock, packaging, color, size, design, supplier availability, or price may change.
Business Koro reserves the right to:
- Update product information
- Change product prices
- Mark products out of stock
- Remove products
- Restrict products to selected packages
- Cancel orders if the product is unavailable
Resellers must verify product details before promoting or taking customer orders.
7. Reseller Selling Responsibility
Resellers are responsible for how they sell products to their customers.
Resellers must not:
- Make false claims
- Offer fake discounts
- Promise fake warranty
- Make medical, health, illegal, or misleading claims
- Misrepresent product quality, delivery time, price, or availability
- Use stolen media or copyrighted content illegally
- Harass customers
- Take advance payment fraudulently
- Place fake orders
- Mislead customers using Business Koro’s name
If a reseller misleads a customer, makes false promises, provides wrong information, or creates customer complaints due to their own actions, the reseller will be responsible for the resulting loss, complaint, refund, return, or damage.
8. Order Placement
When placing an order, the reseller must provide accurate customer information, including:
- Customer name
- Customer phone number
- Full delivery address
- Delivery area
- Product selection
- Selling price
- Delivery charge if applicable
- Any special note
Business Koro is not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong phone number, incomplete address, unavailable customer, fake customer, incorrect area, or misleading information provided by the reseller.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before packing or dispatch.
Once an order is packed, processed, handed over to courier, or dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If a customer refuses delivery, gives wrong address, remains unavailable, cancels after dispatch, or the order is fake, courier and packaging charges may be deducted from the reseller’s balance, wallet, order balance, pending profit, or future earnings.
10. Delivery and Courier
Business Koro will process and dispatch orders through available courier or delivery partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Courier availability
- Public holidays
- Political unrest
- Weather
- Incorrect address
- Customer availability
- Courier delay
- Area restrictions
Business Koro will assist with delivery tracking, but final delivery depends on courier operations and customer cooperation.
11. COD Short Payment Rule
If a customer wants to pay less than the expected COD amount during delivery, Business Koro will not complete delivery with a lower amount without reseller approval.
If the reseller approves short payment:
- The short amount will be deducted from reseller profit, wallet, order balance, pending balance, or future earnings.
- If wallet balance is insufficient, Business Koro may create reseller due/outstanding balance.
- Withdrawals may be blocked until dues are cleared.
- Final profit will be calculated based on actual collected COD, not only the original selling price.
12. Wallet, Profit, and Settlement
Reseller profit is calculated according to Business Koro’s system rules.
Estimated profit shown before delivery or settlement is not final. Final profit may depend on:
- Actual collected COD
- Product cost
- Courier charge
- Packaging cost
- Return/refusal charge
- Short payment adjustment
- Order settlement status
Business Koro may hold profit until courier confirmation, settlement, or actual collection verification is completed.
13. Withdrawal
Resellers may request withdrawal according to Business Koro’s withdrawal rules.
Business Koro may delay, reject, or hold withdrawals if:
- Reseller account is under review
- Fake orders are suspected
- Customer complaints exist
- Courier settlement is pending
- Reseller due exists
- Payment details are incorrect
- Policy violation is found
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
Business Koro may require additional verification before approving withdrawal.
14. Restricted Activities
Users and resellers must not:
- Hack, scrape, copy, or misuse the platform
- Access another user’s account
- Leak product price or media kit links
- Share restricted product data outside authorized use
- Place fake orders
- Abuse package access
- Manipulate wallet or profit
- Use the platform for illegal products or activities
- Misuse Business Koro’s brand name
- Threaten, abuse, or harass Business Koro staff
- Damage the platform’s reputation through fraud or false claims
15. Account Suspension or Termination
Business Koro may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if the user:
- Violates these Terms
- Creates fake orders
- Causes repeated delivery loss
- Misuses product or media data
- Makes false claims to customers
- Attempts fraud
- Abuses staff or support
- Tries to bypass membership rules
- Creates financial risk for Business Koro
Suspension may result in loss of access to products, media kits, order placement, support, and withdrawals until review is completed.
16. Limitation of Liability
Business Koro is not responsible for indirect losses, reseller’s lost sales, customer-side disputes caused by reseller actions, false marketing by reseller, courier delay, customer refusal, wrong address, or misuse of platform data.
Business Koro’s responsibility is limited to services directly controlled by Business Koro.
17. Changes to Terms
Business Koro may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of Business Koro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
